The centre was conceived as a space for encouraging cultural tourism in the region, and its focus is on helping people to understand Megalithism through the use of surroundings that are involving, interactive and striking. Through the use of interactive elements, visitors can appreciate the process of constructing a dolmen, the creation of tools from the Neolithic era and what life was like for humans at that time.
